Absolutely love this jeweler!! Top quality goods and service. Couldn’t recommend more
Tom and his wife are the BEST! My engagement and wedding rings are from Kavanagh's. Both are absolutely beautiful. I've had a few small issues with my engagement ring, which were not in any way Kavanagh's fault, but they went out of their way to fix the issue and to make sure I had it back in time for an event. I highly recommend them for their service, honesty, and professionalism.
My wife’s engagement ring and our wedding rings are all from Kavanaugh’s. They are all absolutely beautiful. Recently, I noticed that one of the prongs on the setting for the diamond on my wife’s engagement ring felt weird. Tom told me to bring it in and he fixed it quickly and with no question. Tom and his wife are the nicest people and always go above and beyond to make their customers happy. We use them for all of our jewelry needs and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the personal touch you just can’t find at the box jewelry stores.
Wonderful people! My husband changed the battery in my watch, but was unable to get the back case back on. I went to Kavanagh's and they were kind enough to press it back on for me right on the spot - no charge! What more could you ask for? They've won me over as a new customer - highly recommend.
Sometimes it's the small details that really reveal the character of a family business like this.
I've brought a bunch of nuisance, un-profitable repairs to Tom and Kim over the past few years since moving up from the city. Normally I would expect visible irritation at being asked to fix things that aren't worthwhile for the business, but not only were they gracious and accommodating, they were in the most genuine way.
A few days ago I brought two watches for repair. One of them Seiko not a year earlier fixed and charged me $160. They refused to honor their OWN repair a year later, so I brought it to Tom.
I was floored when I picked up the two watches. He told me the total was $10.00.
It's not so much about the money (which of course, is amazing), it's the kindness, promptness, and consideration they gave me, despite my never having purchased say, an engagement ring.
I really like them both, and love their business. A lot of businesses could take a course from these business owners.
Thank you both if you read this. I'm extremely appreciative of your skill and consideration.
