I brought in several vintage watches to be repaired. They did a great job for a fraction of the price. You could take an Uber from Manhattan and still save a fortune on repairs. They stand by their year-long guarantee on all watch repairs and the people that work here are very patient, dedicated and honest.

Fantastic jewelry repair shop, reminds us why it’s important to support local businesses. The owner was so helpful and friendly. I brought in a bracelet for repair, and needed help to untangle 3 necklaces. They were able to untangle the chains in minutes (I spent almost 2 hrs trying to fix it myself before giving up). Prices are fair and they communicate clearly about the process and timelines for repairs.

While I was shopping, an elderly woman entered the shop looking to replace a watch battery. The owner demonstrated such compassion in helping her, even offering to walk her to the bus stop after the repair was completed to ensure she would be ok. I was beyond impressed.

I needed a battery for my mother's watch ⌚. The service was great. Courteous, respectful and I will definitely go again. I highly recommend it. However a little pricey.
