Budget Motor Inn

The bed sheets are clean, the TV doesn't work but I am not going to complain to management, I am tired from riding the Empire State trail and it's only one night. I can live with YouTube for that long.

We’ve stayed at the Budget Motor Inn several times over the last few years and have been very happy with our room and amenities. However this last visit has been very disappointing. Our room was clean but the bathroom was a nightmare. I was afraid to shower in it. It was extremely old and dirty and literally falling apart. Out of the 5 lights available 2 did not work. We had to ask for a remote control for the tv and was given 2 but told he didn’t know which one worked. No problem. One didn’t work and the other we had no clue. We resorted to using the controls on the side of the tv. Totally disappointing.

Stayed here July 2024 on my 2 month motorcycle trip thru the Mainland US and Canada. Forgot to leave a review. No problems with check-in & out. Lots of places to eat nearby. Room was decent. Yes, it's a bit older but it is a budget motel and all I needed was a clean place to shower, watch some TV & get a good night's sleep after a day in the saddle. Definitely recommend.

Location for the hotel is good because it's the only thing in the whole town. The rooms, well it's a 1960s hotel. Even with the cold weather they were warm. hot water baseboard heating, But they had a good mattress on the bed, and if you want nothing fancy, that's the place to go. And do not expect room service.
