First time coming to this bakery shop. I ordered a coconut cake and flan and omg they were so good! The coconut cake was moist and not dry. Def going to go back!

I recently visited Capu Tres Leches with my family, excited to try their famous tres leches cake. While the initial impression was positive, thanks to the friendly greeting from the young girls, our experience quickly went downhill due to the behavior of the manager.
Upon requesting to use the restroom, I was met with a disgustingly rude response from the manager. This encounter left a sour taste in my mouth and greatly affected the overall atmosphere of the place. It's unfortunate when a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is displayed by management.
The main reason for our visit, the tres leches cake, was a major disappointment. The taste and quality of the cake were far from satisfying. After consuming it, I experienced stomach pain and nausea, which further added to my dissatisfaction.
Despite the friendly demeanor of the workers, I cannot overlook the significant issues with the management. Additionally, the subpar quality of the product only exacerbated my disappointment. Therefore, I cannot recommend this place to others.
Overall, my experience at Capu Tres Leches was marred by the unpleasant attitude of the manager and the poor quality of the tres leches cake. I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service and product quality to provide a better experience for future customers.

After receiving a polite response from the owner, I decided to update my review. The manager on the picture should take some training regarding customer service. We traveled from Long Island to this store to be approached in such a disgusting way.
I was there today. The staff very friendly and the store looks very clean. It caught my attention that the fridge was almost empty. I couldn't buy the cake that I was looking for (seasonal fruits) but I got the berries cake. Attached some pictures of cakes, bakery, and beverages with a price.
