Absolutely love the variety of cookies especially the way you get to try new, exotic but still familiar cookies weekly.

If you prefer thick, cake like cookies, then this is for you. I prefer thinner chewy cookies. Although, the cookies did have good flavor and was not overly sweet. Service was ok.

I don’t write reviews often but I recently visited Chip City, and I have to say—it absolutely lives up to the hype! The cookies are warm, gooey, and packed with flavor. I tried the chocolate chip and cookies & cream, and both were insanely good—crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, just the way I like them.

What really made my experience stand out, though, was the service. Xavi was super friendly and welcoming, taking the time to recommend flavors based on what I like. You could tell he really enjoys what he does, which made the visit even better. Even though the shop was busy, he kept things moving smoothly while still making each customer feel valued.

If you’re craving a top-tier cookie and great customer service, Chip City is definitely worth checking out. I’ll be back for more whenever I pass through Long Island

My husband and I don't eat desserts often so when we do we really want it to be amazing. He ordered a chocolate chip cookie and I got the S'mores cookie. They were both extremely tasty but I could taste the baking soda and baking powder which was slightly disappointing. My biggest complaint was when I googled the nutritional info ... YIKES!!!!! 1 cookie is actually 4 servings!!!!!😳😲😬🤦‍♀️ This is almost criminal to me! One cookie is just shy of an entire day's worth of saturated fat and over 600 calories! I wasn't expecting healthy diet food but it should be made absolutely clear to customers when they purchase a cookie that it's meant to be for 4 servings or here's an idea ... make cookies that are ¼ the size so they proportioned properly.

Chip city is love and life. I’m really picky about cookies and chip city is the one place I keep coming back to. The cookies are enough to share between two or three people if you don’t have a crazy sweet tooth. Crunchy on the edges and gooey in the middle. Just heavenly to me. 1000000/10 would recommend. The staff is always so kind!!!
