It was extremely easy to make appointment through the website. I had to reschedule my appointment and it was very easy. I was able to check in and pay prior to my appointment which made the time spent in the waiting area extremely short.
The assistant, I'm sorry I forgot his name was kind and helpful. He gave me an idea on how the appointment would be, including some tests. There was minimal time waiting for the doctor.
Dr. Caloway quickly made me feel comfortable, she introduced herself, asked and questions and went over some of the things Urgent Care has told me to do several days prior. She did some tests and thankfully was able to diagnose my issue.
I am happily on the mend.
Dr .Caloway was very thorough and explained everything in a precise, understandable manner. She’s a good listener and answered all my questions. Her diagnosis and and treatment plan for me was the correct one.
Dr. Calloway has wonderful beside manner and she is so thorough. She explains everything for us parents and has the most patience. She spent her time and her approach with my daughter was light and joyful. She made my daughter and I very comfortable. I was reassured everything was okay today. Very pleased with our visit.. and we found the Doctor for future ENT care moving forward for our girl! ❤️
I saw Dr Caloway for the first time on August 1st. I came away so impressed by her manner. She listened carefully, asked pertinent questions (not simply rote), took time and effort to explain my condition and it’s implications, and in general made me totally satisfied to have been there and to have been fortunate enough to have been seen by her. Dr. Caloway is an exceptional ENT. She was incredibly thorough in the evaluation, took the time to truly listen, and explained everything clearly. I felt understood and supported every step of the way. Dr. Caloway was responsive and compassionate. Her care made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend her!
