Scheduled an appointment. I was told 1 to 1.5 hours. It took more than 3hours! Absolutely ridiculous. I only stayed because you can't beat the price. Very frustrating.
Had my TPMS sensors replaced here. Appointment scheduling and check-in processes were straightforward. However, the wait took up half the day. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get an update on the car, and another hour for the work to be done. This was more than double the time I expected to wait. However, it was tolerable for two reasons - (1) the team seemed to do a thorough job and ran the necessary tests in the end to ensure the job was done properly and (2) the price was about 20% cheaper than my local shop. Customer service was good, but clearly they were busy. Team was professional and juggled their workload as best as they could.
