I have been a customer at Manor Auto Service every time I drive up through New York City on my way back to Connecticut, and it is always a bright spot in my travels. The service is outstanding, the staff are friendly and attentive, the gas prices are reasonable, and the location is convenient. They also have an impeccable selection of snacks, which is always appreciated on a long drive.

Ciernan, in particular, is always a bright spot whenever I stop by. On one occasion, when my tires were deflated while getting gas, he immediately came out to help without hesitation. He always goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend having Ciernan help you out. He has a way of making your day a little better every time.

I truly wish every gas station could model the community and customer-oriented spirit that Manor Auto Service embodies. It is the kind of place that makes traveling through the area something to look forward to.

On July 11, 2025, I was lucky to experience the high quality of service at Manor Auto Service Center. The problem, a flat tire, was corrected in record time despite requiring the ordering and arrival of replacements. Each employee was outstanding in courtesy and consideration. Communication was most effective and efficient.

Nice professional clean shop, I had a issue with my brakes always making this crazy noise and no shop could figure it out, I ended up taking it to Chris and by the end of the day the car was ready and not noise at all, I ended up changing my oil and all the filters, he gave me a great deal on everything.

I have been coming to this mechanic shop for around 2 years now, and they have been nothing but honest and kind people. When I had a hole in my brand new tire they were the only mechanic in the area that were honest enough to just patch the hole rather than try and upcharge me on a brand new tire. 1.5 years later I can happily say that tire hasn't had any issues. All the staff are kind and contact quickly with the updates. I couldn't recommend a better repair shop than this!
