Great bookstore. Lots of cooking utensils and cookbooks as well as CIA swag.
Nice bookstore at the Culinary Institute of America, especially this super helpful & friendly salesperson at the checkout counter which motivated us to stay longer and bought more items, such a pleasant shopping experience.
I graduated September 1993. I have the most pride in my alma mater. Super proud to be an alumni of CIA. Every year when I go back home to New York to visit I make sure to eat in one of the restaurants and buy plenty of things from the bookstore. I am very saddened to see the logo has changed. There were may be two or three items that we already own with the old logo on them. I don't know why the logo was changed after so many chefs have graduated from that school, including myself, and I walked into the bookstore and felt like it was not my school. Please bring back the old logo, it means so much to all of us. It should have never been changed. I did not buy anything in the boot store because I do not recognize the neon orange torch to new logo. I do not like it it doesn't even resemble the old one at all. It's completely different school it feels like. I'm super sad.
