Smooth pickup and delivery. Very reasonable prices and helpful staff. I have pets and my clothes came back clean, and refreshed. There is also an option for scented. I will definitely use their services again.

9/14/25-Stopped on my way thru New Platz with cruising the east coast. This is a nice clean place with new-ish equipment. Only 4chairs and 4 folding tables but I didn’t have to wait.
The payment method is a somewhat stereo typical capitalist “money grab scheme” where you pay for a card you don’t need and then buy time in the machine in payments not equally devisable by the machine cycle times. For example: You pay $2 for the card and add one dollar units however the machines needs $1.05 to fully dry and you don’t get refunded the difference so the house always wins no matter how you deal the cards. I had money left on my card so I just used the difference to start 3 empty machines. That was wasteful and super lame but it made me feel better (sorry/not sorry).
Bottom line is it cost $4 more than most places but an overall good experience.
Overall it seemed safe and well lit with good AC and while I was there Kaya the store keeper was very nice and super helpful.

This laundromat is great. It's always clean, the machines work great and the people are all super friendly. I always do my own laundry but unfortunately we had a family emergency and I had to drop off A LOT of laundry to have it done for me. It was done quickly. My clothes look like they came back in better condition then I dropped them off. There is not one wrinkle in anything. They matched up every little sock and somehow, they managed to have all the laundry separated by person. My clothes look so nice that I almost wish I could go take laundry lessons! Great place, great service, great employees!
