I left a message one day but never heard back. Normally, I wouldn't have called again but I was giving her the benefit of the doubt and called again. I explained that I left a message and I thought I would get an apology but I didn't. However, I still set up an appointment to see a property the next day. The next day I got to the property on time but she wasn't. I waited for about 15 - 20 minutes and she still was a no show. I called the office and got the answering machine. At this point I was quite annoyed and was ready to just leave but I didn't. I found her cell number and called that. She answered. Her response was, Oh did we have an appointment? She totally forgot. Normally, I try to be understanding but this was too much. Eventually she did apologize but the damage was already done. I want a real estate agent I can trust and rely on and the way the real estate market is right now how can you do something like this?
I worked with Gail on 2 occasions and she was wonderful both times! She helped me find my current home after a messy divorce and then helped sell a vacant lot when both of my kids were in college. She actually got me higher than asking price on that land!
I am in the market again and Gail is the first person I thought of to help with my search!
