The Brio at the Boulevard

Nice appartment, but the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I had a leaking kitchen sink, and it took 2 weeks to get fixed. Then my dryer stopped working and have been constantly told maintenance was coming and never showed up. Been over a week so far. The leasing office rarely is in or answers the phone. If basic maintenance and service is important stay away. The maintenance guys themselves are very nice and helpful, but the people in charged of dispatching them have horrible communication.

Danielle the manager is super kind and attentive to your needs, Tim is genuine and gets to maintenance requests super quickly. The entire team is awesome ; Linda is truly a hard working and kind and one of the best leasing staff members ever and is wonderful to say the least… and makes the process of finding your home here wonderful !

Marie and Nick and Alexis are the sweetest and also genuine and kind hardworking people who are there when you need them!

The community is clean , beautiful, and family oriented, with touches of modern comfort. I 100 percent love the aesthetic of the community and the staff are great to be around and the community as a whole is wonderful

I have had the pleasure of living at the Brio for 3+ years now, since the beginning while it was still developing the beautiful community we call home today. We love living in this beautiful, peaceful and friendly community. Tucked away in Yaphank, the views are amazing and full of perfect sunsets and floral landscaped scenery, the convenience of shopping, restaurants and small businesses within the shops area and a community filled with amazing and friendly people and pets.

The staff at the Brio is amazing and always willing to go the extra mile, especially Jessica Schneck. There is no concern that she doesn’t take on without both a sense of urgency and excellent customer care. She values her residents and is always willing to offer a hands on approach to help and support in whatever you need. She really takes the time to listen and try to accommodate the communities concerns and needs. She puts effort into making a professional and friendly relationship with the community.

The staff makes the community fun with lots of special events and supports local businesses within the local town as well as with the residents small businesses within the community. They really go the extra mile to make you feel part of the community.

The entire maintenance team is another amazing asset here and is always friendly, accommodating and eager to help with a sense of urgency to get the job done, Especially John and JT! They are both so nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Overall it’s a great place to live after downsizing from a home for myself and child and it’s a great community for kids and pets. It’s our first time in an apartment setting and we feel so blessed to call the Brio home!

We lived here at The Brio for two years and absolutely loved it. We only decided to not renew our lease again for the sole reason of location and needing to be closer to work. The team at The Brio are very kind, welcoming, accommodating and easy to work with. They truly care about their residents. The property is maintained to perfection, everything is always clean and fixed asap! The clubhouse, gym, and pool area are stunning. My washing machine broke and maintenance had a new one delivered the next day! When we moved into our apartment everything was immaculately cleaned and in perfect condition which was so greatly appreciated to have no issues. This is truly a luxury community. I would recommend The Brio to anyone, especially ones with pets as it is very pet friendly with plenty of green space to walk your dog around the beautiful neighborhood The Brio has created. As more and more shops open up along with Walmart Supercenter it makes it a very convenient place to live as well! Thank you to The Brio for creating a wonderful place to live.

We searched long and hard on Long Island to find a rental suitable for our family…with amenities, new construction, and a place that suites our lifestyle. We moved in 18 months ago and haven’t regretted a single day.

We came from owning and selling a single family home and our version of “home” has only been updated since. We are in a 3 level townhome (garage underneath). It has ample space for all my husbands tools and my child’s play toys. Each bedroom has walk in closets and it’s own bathroom. The amount of light that shines through is unbelievable and you have front row seats to sunsets.

The leasing office takes care of everything within a timely manner and never dismisses even the smallest concern. Maintenance is not only friendly but beyond respectful and thorough with their work. They do so much for residents and are always very happy when we visit the office. We have Walmart along with shops and restaurants across the street and the community is very walkable with sidewalks! Wouldn’t have chosen any other rental community. (Also- your neighbors are like friends)
