Heatherwood Medford Pond

I submitted a work order yesterday for the kitchen faucet and had the pleasure of having Luis our new (5 months), Property Management Maintenance Technician respond.
His energetic personality and bright smile was only outshined by his comprehensive knowledge and professional manner in evaluating the plumbing concern.

After not only addressing and fixing the issue, he took time to make sure there were no other apartment matters to ensure that I had an optimal living environment. He is a real maintenance wizard and I am so pleased he is a part of the Heatherwood Pond team.

Living here has been swell. This place is full of families and everyone we've come across have been friendly. The staff here have been kind and welcoming too. Tamara has always been there, to answer questions and do the best she can for us. The maintenance staff have been available, always. They show up and don't make you feel like they don't want to be there. Luis showed up at our door, in less than 12 hours of putting in a work order. He was friendly and helpful. He completed everything we asked for. The staff being lovely people makes this place a lovely place to live.

Very nice place to live. The community is beautiful and kept very clean, the apartments are very spacious for a family. Although needs some updating when it comes to appliances. I would most definitely recommend. Surprisingly it wasn't the cleanest when we moved in, but still a work in progress. Luis the maintenance guy has out done himself the short time we have been here. Always has a smile on his face and gets the job done to the best of his ability. Thank you so much for all you do.

Luis has been to our apartment many times. He’s friendly and attentive to big and small jobs. Me always keeps his promises to come back when he gets parts in. He fixed our dishwasher after 4 years of it not working well. He’s a pleasure.

I recently toured Medford Pond, and it was a fantastic experience! The community is stunning, but what truly made the visit exceptional was Tamara, the leasing agent. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Her knowledge of the property was impressive, and she answered every question with patience and enthusiasm. Tamara’s friendly personality and genuine care made the entire process not just easy, but truly enjoyable. She’s an absolute gem!
