Went to visit my friends apartment and its really clean and has lots of closets for a 1 bedroom!
This review is for Gabe and Joey, the maintenance guys who came to fix plumbing issues with my toilet.
The water line going to the toilet was leaking badly so I turned the valve off until these guys could come and fix it. The valve was so corroded and rusted away that the valve broke after I put it to the off position. I scheduled a day for these guys to come and they came promptly and identified the issue right away. They ended up replacing the whole water line so quickly. They were in and out before I knew it.

I placed a maintenance request a few days ago because my kitchen light went out. Since a burned out bulb is hardly an emergency, I set the request as "Low Priority". To my surprise, on that same day, someone stopped by and took care of the problem. I really appreciate the promptness shown here. I'm truly grateful for that. Great Job Guys! Thanks.
Joe the maintenance guy called and came right over after I called and left a message and hat I needed both the weather strip and the bathroom door to be fixed. He was efficient and polite and it was quick and easy. A pleasant young man.
