Bryan with maintenance is excellent. He has been so attentive this entire time we have lived here. He routinely stops by to make sure we aren’t having any issues, and he takes care of our requests so quickly. We are so grateful to have him at the Arboretum to help us out with whatever we need.
Brian is amazing! He’s always positive, helpful, and incredibly efficient. Every time we’ve needed maintenance support, he shows up with a great attitude, communicates clearly, and gets the job done quickly. We truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Brian!
I want to take a moment to recognize Sandra, who does an incredible job keeping our community spotless. I use the gym and common-area bathrooms regularly, and they are always clean and well maintained thanks to her. The patio and BBQ areas are also consistently tidy and welcoming, which really makes a difference for residents.
Sandra clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows every day. Employees like her are the kind of people any community should value and keep around. She makes this place a much nicer environment for everyone.
I have been living at the arboretum for a few months now. I feel extremely comfortable and safe here. Everyone has been very kind, especially Brian! He has been more than helpful with anything that is needed in my apartment. He is so polite and works his butt off! He is thorough and makes sure everything is perfect. Couldn’t ask for better help! Thank you!
The apartment is new and nice, and I had a great tour with Madison—she’s genuinely kind and helpful. This was my first time applying for an apartment, so I was initially frustrated when my application was cancelled after 24 hours (even though I was given extra time), but I later learned that this is standard procedure. Unfortunately, my application was ultimately denied due to my credit score. I used to have excellent credit, but unexpected financial challenges during the pandemic impacted my score despite always paying rent on time and diligently resolving debts. Since I couldn’t secure a third-party or personal guarantor—given that most of my close friends and colleagues are out of state—I wasn’t able to qualify this time. However, once my credit improves, I’ll definitely consider this place again. I hope there can be alternative ways for people like me to demonstrate that we’re good tenants.
