Once again, the Heritage Spy Ring staff goes above and beyond. First of all, the holiday party was an absolutely awesome event where we had great food and even better company! Secondly, we recently worked with Alexa during the holiday break as we renewed our lease since we love it here so much. Alexa was super informative and helpful during the entire process. Tom, Melinda, Donnie, Mike and everyone here on the staff continues to go beyond their job description helping ensure all of their residents feel well taken care of. Well done Heritage Spy Ring!
Bill & I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Heritage Spy Ring Community. We have been here for 3 years after selling two homes and settling here. We love everything about it ! The grounds, the community areas , the pool , the clubhouse, the golf course & the people. We have had many special memories here. The staff is always available & pleasant if we should have a concern with our residence. Melinda & her team go above and beyond to make sure we are happy. We truly love it here. ❤️🫶💫
THIS DEVELOPMENT ALLOWS THE LOCAL CONTROLLING POLITICAL PARTY DO WALK THROUGHS “Place political advertisements on your front door “ but will try to stop innocent children from Trick or treating.THIS SAYS IT ALL: sEE ALL PHOTOS BELOW OK property, however apparently built for advertising purposes for future developments. Poorly run and MANY design errors in construction, especially the lack of appropriate ventilation as per nys code. Smoke alarms constantly are going off and POOL is not heated…They have a fee for pets but do not remove stained rugs from units prior to rental. People walk dogs all over grass areas and destroy the beauty of this development. BE CAUTIOUS: what rental manager says and record any conversations. I was told there would be a heated pool, restaurant and bar… must be only golf club in the world without the above. Most residents feel they are entitled and don’t want you to walk or cycle through development. Building 5 has been missing a piece of vinyl siding since the fall and maintenance has done nothing but they have managed to tell residents to remove flowers from their walkways. I WILL PROVIDE NEW REVIEW EVERY DAY…. WAY MORE TO FOLLOW!!!

The main concern of management at this facility is keeping the roofs of structures and Clubhouse pool area, clean of bird excrement since they constantly use drone footage for advertisement of their other projects throughout the country. The residents of this development come last. They also use this facility to house their workers from other locations when they visit headquarters in Commack. FALSE ADVERTISING… this is the award winning development. Look how they handle their sanitation. See pictures below. Another funny thing about this development. Their property management team has no experience in building construction nor building and fire codes. They recently sent out a email stating string lights could not be placed on patios because they are a structural problem. This to me is hysterical considering most second floor renters have large flower pots filled with wet topsoil and or potting soil, which weighs approximately 100 pounds per cubic foot. Doesn’t take much thinking to realize at that weight the concentrated load from flower pots well exceeds the maximum allowable loads by New York State however, the management team is worried about string lights that way approximately 1.2 pounds. LOL
Melinda, Tom, Donny and their crew are first class! My family finds peace living here and this was not an easy decision to make! Every detail of these luxury apartments has been thought of to truly make apartment living an upgrade from homeownership! The property is impeccably maintained and has a peaceful vibe day and night. Melinda truly went above and beyond in helping us make the decision to live here. We visited three times before committing to Heritage Spy Ring. She treated each visit as if we were VIPs. Her sincere care and concern was a deciding factor in us choosing Heritage! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
I toured dozens of places before stopping by this community, and the difference was obvious the moment I met Melinda at the front desk. She’s genuinely enthusiastic, knows the building inside-out, and somehow keeps that warm smile even while juggling phone calls and walk-ins. Every question—parking, noise levels, lease fine print—was answered patiently and in plain English. First impressions matter with luxury properties, and Melinda’s professionalism set the tone: this isn’t just another apartment; it’s a residence worth investing in. Highly recommended.
