Renaissance Bay Apartments

My husband and I are very satisfied with the service Doug provided. He is a very attentive, kind, and helpful employee. We forgot our apartment key, and he helped us get in. Fast and efficient service.

I’m a prior resident who moved out last month! I can say this place being my first apartment was amazing. I had absolutely no major issues living here. I lived on second floor and couldn’t hear my neighbors at all. I didn’t receive any complaints from downstairs either. Apartment is renovated nice! Maintenance is amazing you put in a ticket and literally within 48 hours it’s getting worked on! Also management like Cheryl and Jasmine are amazing. They are also very understanding and respond back promptly to your needs!

My husband and I moved here a month ago, and we cannot say enough good things about this place. Our leasing agent, Arlyne, was amazing from start to finish and made the entire process so easy.

The property itself is beautiful! The clubhouse is gorgeous, and the grounds are very well kept.

When we first moved in, we noticed a few minor cosmetic issues. After mentioning our concerns, we received a call from Nick, the head of maintenance, within minutes, and everything was pretty much resolved by the second week. Truly phenomenal customer service.

My only complaints are with the laundry rooms. The washers and dryers feel a bit skeevy at times, and as someone who doesn’t have pets and isn’t a pet person, it really grosses me out to see dog hair in the machines. On top of that, the washers are very small but the dryers big, which makes no sense why they wouldn’t both be big..one regular load that I’d normally wash all at once now has to be split into two. Kind of annoying when you’re paying $2.25 per load.

Overall, though, it’s a wonderful place to live and we’re very happy here.

My husband and I moved into RB 2 months ago and we absolutely love it!! The apartments have been beautifully renovated. The open floor plan is one of the best I have seen for apartments on Long Island. Plenty of closet and cabinet space, the walk in pantry is an amazing bonus! The area is quiet; we don’t hear our neighbors from our apartment which was very important to us when picking a place. The staff is exceptional. If something needs to be fixed you put in a request and it’s answered promptly. Nicole in the office is amazing. She helped us moved in and kept us well informed throughout the process. On top of that the amenities are great! Outdoor pool, indoor pool, gym, sauna, dog park, playground, fire pits and more. It’s also conveniently located close to Sunrise and the LIE. Highly recommend

Carolyn has been great from my first phone call. She met with me without knowing anything in depth about my finances etc, which every other place I called required. She was patient, kind and informative. She also took the time to tour me a model apartment when all her agents were on vacation. Well, I moved in yesterday and I am very, very happy with the job they did renovating my apartment. I cant wait to get to the gym and take a nice walk around this huge property!
