Fairfield Courtyard At Bayport

I have lived here 2 yrs and paid my last month rent on my lease. Maintainance was the BEST truthfully ,they always respond quickly and professionally . A great group of people. My apt was very nice a few issues resolved very fast and to satisfaction . Kail and Rudy were aces .Parking issues only 1 time did I have an issue and it was no big deal. I would rent here again . The gym and the pool are decent and clean . I can't say about my security yet as I haven't had an issue like some are saying. I will update .

My father has been disabled for well over a decade now and when this apartment complex went under a different name and was not a Fairfield apartment property, things there i feel like went more smoother. Although the remodel was nice for the parking lots and such but the inside of most apartments including his, the walls i feel are definitely rather thin. And repairs that have needed to be done are done in a mostly timely manner but thats only been when i have called for him. So its more of an advocacy issue to do with his situation. I do wish they would fix the issue with the bar/ hand rail for the pool for summers. Swimming helps with my dads pain from his disabilities and i am always concerned because for a long time now the hand rail has remained very loose every summer. He was only able to make it to the pool this past summer (this year) once i think it was earlier in the summer and that hand rail for going into the pool was still very loose. Most of the time the staff on duty at the pool years past and present try to make sure hes safe especially when hes gotten into the pool with the loose handrail. Any Fairfield staff that could be reading this, please try and fix it before next summer. Overall i just want things to be more accessible for my dad and work well for him and most of the time, they are timely and courteous. Lastly, I really wish I could give 5 stars, but due to these issues and a few other minor issues i could not.

My wife and I have lived here for four years. Kale and the maintenance workers treat us like family. Snow removal is top notch and we had a few minor problems with our apartment and Kale and Anthony fixed it within an hour of my call. The neighbors are very friendly and we have made friends with a lot of them. The grounds are kept spotless and the pool is cool. People are respectful of our dogs when we walk them and the maintenance guys go above and beyond to help anyone and always give us a heads up about any plans. I would recommend Fairfield Courtyards to anyone.

My boyfriend and I just applied for an apartment here , first let me say that Tara went above and beyond to help us even after hours on a Sunday . She was so helpful answering all of our questions on the tour and after the tour . The apartments are beautifully renovated from what they looked like 4 plus years ago . The property is kept very clean and seems very quiet . We can’t wait to move into our cozy new home . Thank you Fairfield and thank you Tara .

I don’t understand the bad reviews. My deposit was credited to my rent; I received the special 1,000 security; my rent was properly prorated based on my move in date. The leasing agent, Tara Prestel is amazing and responds in minutes. My unit is brand newly renovated and beautiful. A major flooding problem I had was dealt with within 20 minutes and all restored to better than new. Anyone I’ve chatted with—particularly fellow dog owners seem awesome. Yes, the complex is being renovated but that’s kinda obvious and if it’s not ok you shouldn’t move in!!!! You can pay rent via an app. I’m on a first name basis with maintenance. So far, A+. I don’t know what these nay sayers are talking about. My kitchen is gorgeous and bedroom beautiful.
