Heatherwood Lakeside Village

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for Shatomma, the leading consultant, for getting me settled into my new apartment. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond!! Not only helping me move in, but also taking the time to set everything up and make sure I felt comfortable in my new space. She was warm, patient, and incredibly organized. The Maintance is amazing here as well, Joe was kind, and patient. He walked me through everything and helped me out with all of my questions!! Thank you Joe and Shatomma so much!!

My almost 3 year experience at Lakeside Village in East Patchogue has been very positive. Any good experience is always influenced by the people who work there and there are exceptional people I'd like to recognize here.
I believe Stacey of the Lakeside office was new to the Staff and she found the perfect apartment for me-1 bedroom, 1st floor, nice view, well maintained grounds and applying was made very clear and complete.
Jonathan is the Maintenace Manager who keeps everything well maintained and it shows. He's also kind and personable and certainly an asset to the Heatherwood Organization.
Lastly, I want to thank Maria for her patience, perseverance and calling n g me back the same day to get me an answer to my billing question.Maria, I hope Heatherwood Management appreciates You as much as I do!

We are moving from Connecticut to Long Island and toured about 7 apartment complexes in Long Island. Shatomma was the only l leasing agent we encountered who was personable and charismatic. She answered our questions honestly and gave us a clear cost breakdown of living at Heatherwood. She was very flexible with scheduling and managed to get us a tour within 40 minutes of us calling. Ultimately, we found a small house that works better for our needs, but Shatomma was a shining star amongst a sea of utterly charmless and sometimes rude leasing agents.

My wife lives at lakeside village apartments in East Patchogue. Maintenance is usually on the ball when it comes to taking care of the apartment. The dishwasher hasn't been working for at least two weeks. Dorothy has contacted maintenance over 5 or 6 times and asked them to come fix it. They still haven't even come by to look at it. Usually we have no complaints but we're getting tired of waiting. Hopefully they'll come soon to fix the dishwasher.
