I want to thank the management team at Fairway Manor , for everything .It was an excellent seven years that I lived here. It all started with Joyce, who was always so friendly and professional. And also JeanMarie who was always so caring and friendly. The maintenance team was always there when you needed them. Thank you All!
My mom lived there for Seven yrs I moved in for 6 of those yrs . We met a lot of great friends we now call family unfortunately 2 years ago we needed to move on BUT we still come to visit our Fairway Family & Friends.
Very nice place to live. Maintenance is top notch! I had air conditioning trouble. Due to supply chain issues the staff did not have a central air unit to replace mine, they came in under an hour with a window unit and installed it for me, a week later they had a brand new central unit installed and working perfectly.
The grounds are kept beautifully and, often overlooked things like snow removal, safety and security measures are all on point.
I consider myself lucky to be living here.
I have lived in this complex for over 2 years and every time I needed Maintenance Service the response was practically immediate. Maybe under one hour if that. The staff Richard, Jose, Joyce, Madeline and Jean Marie have always been courteous to me and acted very efficiently. The Maintenance crew are respectful and knowledgeable. Kudos and Bravo to the caring staff at Fairway Manor.
