The Reserve at the Boulevard Apartments

Moving from my old home was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but Marie and Jessica at The Reserve Apartments truly made it easier. They were so kind, patient, and went above and beyond to get me into my dream apartment in less than a week. The community is quiet, friendly, and feels really safe — it already feels like home. Everything here is so convenient, and I can honestly say this move has been life-changing. I’m so grateful for their help and would 100% recommend The Reserve to anyone looking for a new start.

Where do i start lol . Every single time I all and get jessica or marie on the phone , thry just make me smile. They go above and beyond for me with whatever i need and make me feel so safe and comfortable. The maintenance guys, they are all so freaking nice!!!!!! I truly love it here❤️

As someone that was a resident for 3 years I am extremely disappointed in how the Reserve is handling our security deposit return. I moved out in the middle of April and I have been trying to contact/ resolve this issue since. We spent hours and days cleaning the apartment and left it in great condition. We were told our security deposit would be returned and yet they took out over $200 for a cleaning fee. When I asked about this they said that they would have someone specify what exactly the charge was for. We still have not received an answer despite our several emails and calls. We took videos and photos before moving out because we were afraid they would try to pull something like this. They ended up sending us a check minus the “cleaning deduction.” NYS residents have a right to their entire security deposit unless given a list of deductions two weeks post moving out. They didn’t let us know of this deduction until a month after we moved out. Everyone has been pleasant to speak to, yet the lack of resolve is infuriating and something we experienced while living here (ex: it took them 6 months and countless calls to resolve a mold issue in the bathroom). We now wish we didn’t spend all of those days cleaning only to be screwed over.

*EDIT: after weeks of calling and emailing, I was given back my full security deposit! Everyone was very kind during the process it just took a lot of effort and time.

I’ve lived here since July 2024. The community is immaculate. The apartments are luxury at its finest. I have a beautiful, large 1 bedroom apartment with a fireplace and washing machine and dryer in my unit. The property is so well maintained and I feel really safe living here. We have private security that surveils the complex the entire night and designated parking spots and the option to have a storage unit or garage, so you don’t have to worry about finding parking . I truly feel spoiled here, as we don’t have to worry about safety. My small yorkie has a large dog park to play in with his four legged friends, a dog washing station. We also have door to door trash removal, and a beautiful clubhouse and gym. Everything you could need is within walking distance (urgent care, Walmart, Starbucks, tropical smoothie, liquor store, upscale restaurant, and a hotel for when friends and family come into town). Management and staff even take the time to make it look like winter wonderland during Christmas with all the lights and decorations you could imagine. It doesn’t get any better than this. I look forward to coming home to this sanctuary everyday after work. I’m beyond happy and proud to call The Reserve at the Boulevard my home!
