I could not be happier with my experience with Dawn and the Payne team. They went above and beyond in marketing, listing, finding a buyer and assisting me with house repairs and maintenance throughout the sale process. I had a vacant house for sale, and Dawn recommended repairs and maintenance items that would secure the value I wanted and had all the right contacts in terms of contractors, attorneys etc for me to use. She visited the house several times while it was on the market to assist with oil / temperature checks etc - really going above and beyond. She was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. They stayed on top of the process throughout the closing, particularly as I could not be in the area. Dawn provided service that is well worth paying a broker fee and I would 100% recommend them to anyone considering selling a property in the area.
