Crowley RV

There are a few things to unpack about my experience with Crowley RV, but the most important thing I need to share is that I got a beautiful new RV at a really great price.

Victor and Bill from the sales department were personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly, responsive. I enjoyed working with them throughout the buying process—both returned all my calls promptly and worked quickly to get any and all answers I needed.

That’s why the Crowley RV sales team gets a five-star review from me. The only somewhat negative part of my experience with them came from their service department.

A couple short weeks after my purchase, I had the unfortunate luck of a small tree branch puncturing a hole in the RV’s fiberglass pop top shell. It was less than an inch wide, but when I called the service department at Crowley RV and sent them photos, they pushed the idea of replacing the entire pop top—a job that would have likely cost well above $10,000 and taken months 4-6 months to complete.

To be fair, the service rep told me that they couldn’t know for sure what was necessary unless they saw the damage in person, and proposed that I drop off the RV for a few days to get an official quote. But I showed the same exact photos of the damage to three other experts, and all three of them not only suggested a simple fiberglass repair job that cost barely over a thousand dollars, but openly scoffed at the very idea of replacing the entire pop top over such a small hole. So it just seemed easier to go to Blue Compass RV, where I got a perfect repair that took less than a week.

At the end of the day, I got the simple repair I needed and avoided the one I didn’t need, so I don’t feel like Crowley RV deserved any less than five stars. After all, I did get a great deal on a brand new RV, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to do the same. But I would also recommend that anyone using their service department get other quotes for comparison, just to make sure you’re only paying for what your RV absolutely needs.

We have been a customer of Crowley RV's service Department for a couple of decades. They are honest and do not sugarcoat or overpromise. They do their best to provide timely attention in stressful situations. Thay have ALWAYS helped us through our problems. The work done by Jim and Tim is outstanding.

I love Crowley! I bought a used, 2022 Travato from Crowley RV a couple of months ago. Victor was clear, fair, informative and easy to work with during the purchase process. Tim, one of the technicians, gave me a thorough orientation to the many systems before I left the lot. I brought the van on a few small trips during the 60 day warranty period, made a list of every single thing that needed repair or attention, and the repair department took care of everything with no additional cost to me. Both Jeff and Tim (repair department) spent a significant amount of time with me on the phone, and on the lot, answering the many questions that I had. They were patient, informative and good humored. I highly recommend Crowley RV.

Victor was excellent to work with on a left over 2023 Micro Minnie 2100BH FLX. Sometimes hard to get a response from but pleasant. Since we were coming out of state everything was done over the phone for the most part. They alllowed us to higher a private rv inspector to look it over for us. They fixed what was found. Installed a few accessories we wanted. On the day of pick up went smooth. All paperwork ready. Service (Tim?) was amazing with the walkthrough and you could tell he takes pride in his work. They made arrangements for him to be there on a Saturday since it was the only day we could get out there from PA. Excellent fair price. No added on stupid service or prep fees. Great dealer. We can’t wait to start using it!

We bought our 2022 MicroMinnie 2100BH in February, 2022. It was a great deal and one of the only dealers within driving distance to us in Rhode Island.
Due to poor install at the Winnebago factory, one of the wires frayed and melted onto the steel frame. Crowley RV technicians had to remove the underbelly of the trailer in order to rewire. This was all during the busy spring season getting everyone ready for summer travels.
More recently, our Dometic refrigerator door handle cracked. I called Crowley RV for support and without being asked, they are advocating for us to have it replaced under warranty. It's a $60+ part so I truly appreciate the effort!
Despite some unfortunate circumstances, Crowley RV has done their part to support our investment and I would highly recommend buying and servicing through them!
