We suffered the tragic loss of our home and all possessions in a fire in August 2022. Our family attorney advised us to secure an adjuster to help us with this process. On April 4, 2019, I and my family experienced one of the most devastating losses of our lives, a 'total loss' house fire. The house that burned happened to be my primary residence, where I and my family had all of our personal belongings and valuables dating back to childhood. Our solace came from the fact that no one perished or was injured during or after this event. This is how I met Glen, of the 'Dalan Adjustment Corporation’. Although I had a history of being involved with these types of incidents, due to my past 25 years career as a police officer officer, it was the first time that I was on the ‘victim’ side. At first I was hesitant when approached by Glen, because I didn’t know anything about what he did or who he worked for, so I reached out to my attorney to make inquiries after noticing that my attorney was actually listed as a reference on the Dalan Corporation informational documents. My attorney explained the value of this sort of assistance and also stated that he had utilized the company on a prior case of his own which lead me to seek out the same assistance. Therefore, I met with Glen who has been noting but instrumental in assisting me and my family with overcoming this disaster. Glen took the pressure off of me and kept me calm even at times when it came to dealing with my family and their handling of the situation.
