She helped facilitate switching to your office, helped resolve all the issues we had been trying to get straightened out for months with the other agency and did so in a kind and professional manner that made sure our entire family had the insurance coverage that we needed. I have been a customer of WAS for almost 20 years, and can honestly say I have never been disappointed, Our original contact was Ginny Gross, who retired, and we are very fortunate to have Cherise Bain, picking up our account as Ginny's replacement. In a recent issue involving an automobile accident, between 2 vehicles with one causing extensive damage to my property( Lawn, and landscape), due to one of the vehicles( at fault for the accident landing on my property) I called it in to Cherise, following a rejection notice from the Insurers Company, even though the Police report clearly indicated, their client was at fault. Cherise relentlessly, argued with them and forced them to admit their client was at fault, and they agreed to honor the claim. She kept me advised of all details, and represented me flawlessly in achieving my full claim for damages and cost of repairs. Thank You WAS, for assigning Cherise to my account! She was an excellent negotiator, and would not let up until she won her point! it is so nice to have an agent with good old fashion values, that exemplify client satisfaction, and representation as their priority! Andrea, our customer rep. in the Newburgh office, is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in personal insurance lines.
