We’ve been using West end Veterinary for our rabbits for 5 years. They were committed to keeping care available during COVID, which was when we started with them. They have great communication, easy booking. Our rabbits are always handled carefully and with love.
I absolutely love Dr. Santiago and her team. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Only prescribes and recommends what is needed for the best interest of the animal’s condition at that time—no inflated upcharges or unnecessary recommendations and I appreciate that considering how expensive vet care can be. Her assistant has the gentlest touch that kept my otherwise “spicy” cat calm. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. Love love love them.
