Dr. Vannozzi replaced my right knee in July. He did so with such incomparable skill that I am already back to my life including daily power walking and yoga classes. I am bending at an even better angle than average, and my perfectly straight scar is barely visible. I am very grateful to this surgeon, and anticipate his replacing my left knee.
Dr. Vannozzi is an excellent surgeon. I had heard good things over the years. In particular, some physical therapists I know said he'd be the surgeon they would go to if they needed a knee replacement. When I finally needed my knee replaced, Dr. Vannozzi and his team did a great job. They gave me all the medications and advice I needed to recover rapidly. I'm 4 months out from surgery and I'm hiking, going to the gym, and living pain-free. Also, my scar is nearly invisible.
Dr. Vannozzi took time with me going over my symptoms as well as X-ray and MRI results. I was nervous that doctor will start advising knee replacement, so was very much relieved hearing Dr. Vannozzi suggestion of a conservative approach starting with cortisone shot and physical therapy for 6 weeks.
Would not hesitate recommending Dr. Vannozzi when asked for a good knee doctor.
Dr Vannozzi is a great surgeon, he did knee replacement on both of my knees. First knee replacement in 1999 and my second knee replacement in 2020. My both knees are doing good. He takes his time to listen to me, his PA and staff are wonderful too!!!
