Freda is amazing! She's like a friend from another state and is always there to help us with our office needs. She checks in on us and lets us know about special promotions. Fixes any ordering problems. Helps us find a solution to a back order. She's very friendly and my staff members agree. She also goes out of her way and helped me very late at night with an order I was trying to get in before the promotion ended. That was so kind of her and so appreciated. Darby is blessed to have her.

I am so impressed with customer service of my team, the two Richards! The prices beat everyone, but the customer service is worth paying more, they are intuitive and always cheerful. Just amazing! I had the luck of them being my team in another practice and when I changed jobs I asked to use them here, replacing all our business with HS. My boss said yes, and has been so happy, savings, quality, and cannot say it enough CUSTOMER CARE! 100% recommend I am sure everyone there is great, but I must say the "Richards" are the best in the industry!!! Darby is lucky to have them, both!
