Dental Oral Surgery

Staff lovely.
Wait time was excellent, and timely.
Sedation went well.
Recovery is great.
Appointment time was perfect, as I’m coming from an office that had trouble scheduling me with issues in their end, so this was a breath of fresh air after 7 months waiting to be seen elsewhere.

I think an update post surgery would be great as I was out of it, I don’t remember anything as to be expected. I don’t know if there was anything left to be said by surgeon, condition of tooth. A follow up note over all for curious minds!

Doctor was amazing and zero pain. The 3 stars are for the non existent consideration of appointment times. I had an 11:00. I was not seen until 1145. The place is mobbed and my first impression was not a good one. I was going to walk out. I’m glad I waited. Once you see the doctor you’re in good hands but the waiting room is the patients first part of the encounter and needs to be tightened up.

Every staff member is SO NICE! I really mean it. Whenever I had a question, concern or was just confused, they answered with such professionalism and kindness. 10/10 recommend! My treatment went smoothly and they sent me home with clear directions and my prescriptions were ready the same day.

I took my mother to this dental clinic for a tooth extraction, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very kind and professional from the start. During the procedure, my mother didn’t feel any pain at all, which gave us great peace of mind. Everything was done quickly, carefully, and with clear explanations. I highly recommend this clinic for their great service and warm, attentive care.

I had been in pain for weeks with my wiadom tooth, my dental clinic was very slow at scheduling. I called after being recommended by 2 ppl to rheir Bronx location. I was immediately given an appointment, which i was super surprised about. When I first walked in, I wanted to turn around. The lounge area wasn't esthetically pleasing, the music was blasting and the ladies at the front desk hair wasn't groomed properly for a clinic environment. BUT!!!!! When I tell you everyone and I mean everyone was kind, welcoming, personanable, made me relax and forget where I was and what was about to happen. The doctor was excellent! I was so nervous and he and his team changed all that. I would absolutely 💯 recommend anyone there. They are the epitome of never judge a book by its cover! Job well done to entire team. Thank you so much.
