Beautiful park to bring any age kid. Lots of cute ducks there to feed. There is also some very large rocks for kids to climb on or just to use for great picture taking!

Great scenery and recreational activities. There's trails to walk or ride a mountain bike. Olympic size swimming pool. Playground for the kid's.😎👍💯

Overall it was a nice first visit to the park. Beautiful, nice area with picnic tables, and seemingly many tails. However, I really wish there was a better trail map online or that the trails were marked better. We were worried about getting lost so sort of skirted the parking lot.

Depew Park-Peekskill, NY, is a great park to visit. Has easy to intermediate hiking trails, and very nice picnic areas with beautiful lakes, and playgrounds for kids. Park is maintained very well. In Peekskill there are nice residential areas, and by the RR Station nice restaurants and a nice park on the Hudson.

This is a well designed, lovely park adjacent to the Peekskill High School athletic complex. There are intersecting hiking or strolling trails. We are mobility challenged, but found it easy to walk on the wide trail around the lake. There are a couple of slight grades, but these were short and could be negotiated in a wheelchair, though wide wheels are recommended. Some spots have rocks or tree roots sticking out, but there are usually smooth detours around the rough spots. Smooth-topped boulders or wooden benches are along the trails should you need a rest or just want to enjoy the view. For the more energetic, there are steeper trails winding through the woods. The park is well lit, and there are tennis and basketball courts. Fishing is permitted in the lake. I've walked the dog at midnight. It was lit, there were other dog walkers, there were guys playing basketball under the lights, and a leisurely cop car rolled through. It's a local gem.
