Carolina and her staff were nothing but extraordinary when it came to altering my wedding dress and my mother's dress for my wedding. I knew I was in good hands from the first consultation. Carolina made me feel like I could be honest and knew what was needed to make the dress look like it was made for me. I will now be a life time customer for anything I need for tailoring.
Very nice owners. They misplaced a pair of my pants and immediately let me know what happened. They went all the way to Riverhead to pick up the same Armani pants and hemmed them the next day for me no questions asked. Highly recommend due to their customer service
I cannot recommend this tailor enough! I went in for multiple fittings for my wedding dress, and each time I was amazed by the attention to detail. Carolina and staff were incredible - she took the time to walk me through exactly how to do my bustle and even recorded a video so I'd have it for reference on my big day! They truly went above and beyond, even squeezing in an emergency appointment for a bridesmaid dress and steaming a suit right before the wedding. Their skills, professionalism, and kindness made the whole experience stress-free and unforgettable!

I had a stepmother of the bride dress taken here for alterations and the whole team was amazing and friendly. I was so pleased with their work and professionalism that I had them fix a couple of winter coats that needed it and they came out great. Highly recommended! I see some of the negative reviews and am shocked- I’ve been there plenty of times and always had a very pleasant experience.
Brought my dress for my sister’s wedding in to have nursing pads sewn in since I’m breastfeeding & the design was impossible to wear a bra. I wish I knew the name of who helped me but she was such a sweetheart! She did exactly what I asked & also tailored the dress to fit my body like a glove & bustled it since it’s a long dress so I can carry my baby around at the reception & not trip. When I came back in to pick it up & try it on, I had the baby with me. She helped me back to the car. Super sweet & kind. Made my day! Will certainly be coming back.
