DGM Food Truck

The words SPECTACULAR and FANTASTIC and do not sufficiently describe how wonderful DGM Catering is. They catered our company event with over 250 people. Their staff is extremely professional, polite and well dressed. The high quality of the food, the presentation, the exceptional service and and the meal was cooked to perfection. Everyone on the staff is so friendly knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make every guest feel catered to. Heros here are gooood. There chicken cutlet is amazing. Has very good flavor, thick and tender. Been trying to find a local spot for a good sausage & peppers hero and I have found it here! It is slammin. Sausage parm hero is really good too. Chicken pesto panini is also good. Cuban is good...taste all ingredients. Another regular spot added to the list 👍. Hidden gem. Make sure to call in your order 20-25min ahead.

I ordered two sausage and pepper parm heroes with red sauce. The sandwich was fully packed and was delicious. Above and beyond with the serving and presentation of the meal.I could see and taste they are using the finest and freshest ingredients possible

The reason I discovered this truck is 2 of my favorite Farmingdale delicatessens have gone down hill, as far as quality. All I can say is thank God!!! This truck truly makes amazing food, and I can say with certainty you will not be disappointed. Me and my wife would by sandwiches once in awhile, and then we discovered his dinners for 2. Which by the way can feed 3 to 4. Last week they started making homemade soups for the fall, and again I can say it is soup nazi worthy. Everything they do is awesome, and I have never been disappointed.
PS. Ask them for pork wings... in a word "WOW".

I had DGM cater my wife’s 50th birthday party. The food was amazing. I chose the Texas bbq package and couldn’t have been happier. The amount of food they prepared was incredible. It felt like a non stop feast. The quality of the food that Dominick and Michael prepared was superb and the professionalism of the staff was elite. All our guest kept raving about the quality of the food and the amount. I highly recommend them for any catering needs, you will not be disappointed.
