My husband and I have been seeing Dr Geronimo for about 2 years now and we LOVE her! She never rushes us, she doesn't push medicine but thoroughly explains our options and let's us decide how we want to proceed and then she stays on top of how we're feeling. She's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. When we first went there, we struggled to get through on the phone like other reviews have mentioned but the last 8 months or so it's been MUCH better. We always get right through to the receptionist or get a call back. Our prescriptions are handled promptly as well. We've tried several primary care doctors and this office/doctor is the best by far.
I've been with Dr. Geronimo for 7+ years. She is so warm and caring. She takes her time and I never feel rushed. She listens, encourages, and will never jump to a prescription without exploring all alternatives. She's amazing. Yes there were challenges in her office years agao, but I have not had issues and I feel confident she resolved them. Her office admin is just as amazing, compassionate and kind. I can't ever go back to a large medical practice. I'm happy with her care.
Dr Geronimo is a gifted physician. She is attentive, thorough and articulate in her care. She is very pleasant and takes the time to get to know her patients. My daughter and myself are both patients of Dr Geronimo and I feel that we get the best of care.
I'm 44 and have been seeing Christine since my late 20s. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, caring and kind. She knows me and my history and is always ready to help if I need her to.
She may not have a full office staff, but I get a reply to my emails within 24 hours and my requests are always fulfilled. I'm thankful for Christine for not only being a wonderful physician, but lovely human being who genuinely cares for my well being.
I will be loyal to her until the end!
I've been with Dr. Geronimo for 3 years now and I have to say what a terrific experience it has been. She takes the time to really listen. Her office staff is very friendly and helpful whenever I contact her office. Her appointment times are usually kept very close to scheduled time (not a lot of waiting time) and if there is a wait rarely is it a long time. It is a pleasure and I don't dread going.
