Dr. Howard H. Liu, MD

I've been a patient for well over 10 years. Dr.liu is highly qualified make no mistake about that. The direction of the practice changed which was not a bad idea just different than the way he was before he had the responsibilities of bigger practice. He was able to listen more to details in the past and he is now focused on surgery. As an educated, patient I would 100 percent trust him with surgery. His staff is the only reason I can't give him a full 5 stars. They can give wrong information, long hold times and you have to keep calling they may not go back to take you off hold. I find his staff could benefit from office training but overall I would recommend his office.

He is an amazing doctor. Out of all the doctors we had, he is in top 3.
Reason for 1 minus star is their staffs. They put you on hold for 10 minutes and hung up on you!! After over 30 minutes of battle, I had to scream don't hang up! What a rude and disrespectfull staffs to work with.
Dr. Liu, you want to educate your staffs!

My first visit to to Dr.Liu was so Pleasant. The staff upon on arrival made me feel very comfortable and explained everything I needed to do.They were awesome...Dr. Liu took the time to explain everything to me and did the exam right away..I highly recommend Dr.Liu and his awesome staff. When a specialist takes the time and interest to walk you through your treatment and your options, looks you in the eye when he speaks to you and adds a bit of humanity in his discourse, you feel both confident in him and comfortable in his care. Dr. Liu, from my first visit several years ago was just that kind of Doctor. I am very pleased with his demeanor, expertise and interest in me and what is important to me. He is a rare find these days. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for the highest level of professionalism, knowledge and most importantly, concern for his patients!
