I have been a patient of Dr. Liu for many years. He and the entire team are exceptional and I would never trust my eyes 👀 to anyone else.
As I have gotten older my eyes have changed and Dr. Liu has always presented the facts and the options with a kind heart and a professional perspective.
The staff are wonderful and always quick to smile and put you at ease.
I highly recommend this practice for you and your family.
Very good experience, quick service, clean/nice office, friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Liu knows his job well, very detailed and honest, explaining what he does in all the steps in the exam and what he can’t do with my eye. He also educated me how vein in one's eyes relate to overall human health. Lastly, he explain the pros and cons of some eye drops which my past eye doctors have never told me before. I'll recommend this practice.
Excellent highly professional staff, assistants and doctor. I don't write reviews but as a Yonkers neighbor, I feel the duty to recommend this practice. I called yesterday for a walking emergency appointment ( popped blood vessel). The front desk staff was not only friendly and polite but I had to call because I was late due to the rain and they were understanding and allowed me to still come in an hour later.
The practice has a parking lot! the building is beautiful, super clean and with top-notch technology.
Remind you, I was in only for an emergency appointment, however Dr. Liu himself. Dr. Liu introduced himself and shake my hand, I might be old school, but that showed me the respect this doctor has towards his patients. He explained step by step what he was doing on and in my eyes, what he was using and why he was doing. He did a very comprehensive eye exam. He explained what he found in a very clear way. I am very happy with the whole experience and mainly because I found my new and local! eye doctor.
I first visited the office earlier this year for my annual eye exam and was first impressed by the modern and clean look inside the office itself. The front desk staff and assistants were extremely friendly and helpful in setting up my appointment and seeing to my needs as soon as I walked in. Dr. Guglielmo did my check-up and I had nothing, but a positive experience in every sense. Dr. G was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She made the exam process very efficient and answered any questions that I may have had. I've been seeing different eye doctors over the years, but I now know that Dr. G will be my eye doctor for hopefully quite some time.
