Very disappointed with Dr Delmont. I've been going there from 2013, and I'm not sure what the changes are that she made. But its not good, because I was always able to get an appointment every single year for a physical. I've been trying to get an appointment from them since Feb, and we are now a day away from April, and nothing. You have to keep calling everyday, because apparently that's how the appointments are made. I will be trying to find another doctor, because that's not acceptable. I call every single time they asked me to, and still can't get an appointment. Ridiculous!
When my mom has an office appointment we arrive about 15 minutes early and still will be in exam room for at least an 1hr to be seen by doctor. Also, when I ask for a telehealth or video call they tell me someone will call me back. They don’t always call back and if they do it takes days. I always call about 4-5 days for a refill medication before She runs out. That also takes days. She’s been on the medication for years and said I need to speak to the doctor. When I finally spoke to the doctor she says you didn’t need to speak to me for a refill because she’s been on the medication for years. I said that’s what the associate said and I also thought that as well. Now my mother has ran out of it for 5 days. Also, when I finally made the telehealth appointment the phone rep told me for what day and time about 3x and so I always repeat it back 2x, she agreed I was correct. Next day I get the text to confirm and it was wrong. I had to call back to set another date. That happened about 3x already. Right now 8/18/22, I’m waiting for a form to be filled out by dr Sonia since Aug 8. I keep calling and the reps keep sending her the message.
I love this medical practice. I have been under the care of this office for 5 or 6 years now. I have been treated by several of the doctors in this office. I have found every member of their staff and medical team to be professional, courteous, and competent.
