Tony from Dr. Rooter did an excellent job. He was on time and kept me informed each step of the way. I would definitely recommend him and the company.

My experience with Dr. Rooter was excellent from start to finish - which was an under 24 hour time frame. I had another company come to my home THREE times this past week, and not be able to resolve the issue. I communicated with the owner Dave on a Sunday night (he called me after chatting in the text box on the website) so he could get a clear understanding of what was happening. On Monday around 3 PM, Tony and his assistant came to my home and worked for several hours. We *finally* got the answers as to what was causing our problem. Although the issue is (unfortunately for us), larger than Dr. Rooter can assist us with, we were truly thrilled and so grateful to finally KNOW what the problem actually is and what the next steps need to be. Tony was extremely helpful, informative, kind, and determined to figure out our issue. We are very grateful and will absolutely contact them again if we ever need them. Thank you, Dr. Rooter!

Amazing, timely response and professional performance by young Nick the technician. Hats off to personable Dave, who got the ball rolling in order to handle our semi-emergency. Will use again for any and all drainage problem, and any other situations that they might be able to confront. Highly recommend, especially these days when no one seems to care or are unable or unwilling to provide quality work.

Excellent service and work. Owner Dave called me right away. Was very clear about letting me know I had a choice between emergency and regular service which right off the bat saved me money. He sent over Nick who did a fantastic job! Also left the space very neat despite having to haul large equipment to the basement I really appreciate his attention to keeping things in order and as clean as possible. I was working and barely knew he was there and within and hour and a half my problems were gone without much fanfare which is exactly how I want to sewage problem to be solved. Nick was awesome & very polite. Showed up on time. Fixed the issue & didn't leave till he made sure the problem was resolved. I can now wash dishes without having to wait an hour for the water to go down the drain. Great work Dr. Rooter. Thank you to Nick for your service. And thanks again Dave.
