Dr. Drummond is awesome! Thus was absolutely a five star root canal. I came to her office in UNTENSE pain! After my procedure the pain was GONE! I didn’t need any additional pain medication. If you are in need of a root canal, RUN to Dr. Drummond's office. She is a true professional and very personable! Great experience!!!
I recently had a molar root canal done, and I can’t recommend this dentist enough. She is incredibly kind and truly has the hands of an angel—I didn’t even need ibuprofen after the procedure, and I experienced minimal discomfort. The office has such a welcoming, neighborhood feel, filled with cute postcards and notes from happy clients. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Having been to a different dentist before, I can clearly see the difference in the quality of care. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future dental needs!
Ack! I had to get a root canal! I was dreading it!
But thanks to Dr Drummond, and everyone at the dental practice, it was as easy, breezy, and beautifully routine, entirely non-traumatizing, and virtually pain-free. Dr Drummond explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all of my questions, including during the procedure. She made it clear that if I felt any pain at all during the process, that I should immediately let her know by raising my left hand. When I started to feel something, she and her assistant immediately stopped, assessed the situation, applied more local anesthetic, and made sure that I was good to go.
As Dr Drummond was finishing up, I overheard her chatting with her assistant Priya about dental school. Dr Drummond shared something that one of her dental school professors told her: “you’re not treating a tooth, you’re treating a person.”
Wow. It’s evident that Dr Drummond’s work and practice is informed by that ethos, and that it is shared by Dr Grannum and everyone else in the dental office. Going to the dentist can often feel so punishing and undignified — there you are, on your back, your jaws clamped open, while someone with sharp tools prospects around your tender gums and molars!! Dentists like Dr Drummond show that it doesn’t have to be like that, that you don’t have to dread going to the dentist or even getting a terrifying root canal! Not only with her skill, but also with the sincerity of her attention and care.
I went to this office for a root canal and everyone there was so nice and welcoming. It started with the initial phone call, where the staff was very informative of availability as well as pricing and they were not pushy about it. I decided to go with them due to, the Convenience and availability. They were reassuring me, even though I was terrified. They walked me through every step of the way, answered all my questions whether I thought they were silly or not. They even called the next day to follow up and make sure that everything was good. I gave this office five stars and would recommend them for anyone who may have a fear of the dentist.
Dr Drummond performed a root canal for me. She was very patient and took her time to try and make the procedure as painless as possible. Even when I experienced some pain post- procedure, she called me to follow-up and see if I was in any pain. I did have pain and she told me just what I needed to do to resolve the issue I had.
Also, her assistant Pryia is the best. She was very professional while working with the doctor and also helped with my insurance information,
Totally appreciated
