I've been riding the bus for over 20 years. And for the most part, it's great. The drivers are wonderful. The problem is with this new system. that they have, the schedule is allmessed up it's crazy. They need to fix the j route and put it back down mansion instead of going down mill, that's just a nightmare. And now, instead of switching drivers, they now switch the buses. So when the bus gets to one place, everybody has to get off and you have to wait for the next bus to come. And that's a hassle, especially for the elderly and disabled in the cold. They really need to go back to where it was. Because a lot of people I hear on the bus are not happy with this new system and I feel bad for the drivers that they have to hear it.
The bus is not always on time. I have stood outside of Red Lobster for over and hour at times. I do think the price is right. The drivers seem to be very polite and helpful.
