I recently had an engine failure with my Cheviot Silverado. The bad experience I had was with the warranty company "Car Shield" for failing to do what they advertised. No to East Coast Transmission. These guys are the best. They helped me through my situation with a level of professionalism that is unrivaled. They did everything in their power to get me back on the road as expeditious as possible. They handled the horrible "Car Shield" people and got them to pay for the labor and parts , saving me thousands of dollars. I still had to pay for the engine itself, but without the diligence of the gang at East Coast Transmission I would have never been able to afford the repair and still wouldn't have my truck. Plus as a courtesy they got the truck through inspection. Thank you very much guys.

I have to say thanks to the staff here. they are the definition of hero's and good Samaritan. tire blew out on my car om the parkway. was driving slowly to a gas station as I passed their shop. they flagged me and told me to pull into their shop.

they don't have small tires but still helped me by putting my spare tire on for me at no cost . talk about good people.

Went in for transmission work. Charlie and Ray helped ease my worries. They were able to diagnose the issue at no cost and provided me with options for resolution. They kept me in the loop the whole time. I ended up doing a transmission swap on my Jeep. A few weeks later, I had a leak due to worn axel seal and they quickly repaired at no additional cost. I will be returning for any future automotive work. They also gave me a good deal on new set of tires.
