Our experience with Todd and Elite Kitchens was amazing. I have a beautiful kitchen, in a new built log home, with so much storage in a somewhat small area, even my grandson has his own snack draw! The best experience of my entire renovation project. Kitchen renovations are stressful, time consuming, and financially taxing. My entire experience with Todd at Elite Kitchens was the opposite of this. To start, Todd came to my home to discuss our plan and ideas, take measurements, and give professional insight. I work in healthcare as a clinician and care for people everyday. I immediately felt trust and expertise when I met Todd. Following our initial consult, Elite Kitchens only exceeded expectations. Everything was done punctually, professionally, and honestly. Todd helped us with every decision we were unsure on, not only through his experience and expertise, but through his rapport with his clients and understanding of their wishes. When it came to pricing, the initial quote seems so fair that I didn’t even try to negotiate, and he expressed that that is always his intent. The price you see is the honest price. Elite kitchens offers the highest level of customer service and the highest level of product quality. To top it all off, he worked so well with my contractor that my contractor told me he will be hiring him for his own home, in addition to future work projects. Hands down the best home renovation experience I have ever had.
