I've been a loyal customer for years and have always had wonderful experiences with the long-time stylists here. However, my appointment today with a new stylist was disappointing. Even though the salon wasn't busy, the service felt very rushed. My hair was cut much shorter than I asked for, and the stylist was rough, repeatedly pushing my head back. I also specifically requested a scissor cut, but she pushed for not using them. This experience was unfortunately not up to the great standard I'm used to here. The whole thing took around 15min :(
I like their hair cut. I paid 50$ 10 years ago for hair cut and was horrible since that time I was cutting my hair. Price is good and I Love my hair cut.
if you want quality you are expected to pay for the experience and the professionalism.
Eloisa is such a lovely and professional lady she guide my wife and I for my wife's hair needs and style and we couldn't be any happier than the outcome. We are from the city and moved to long island so it's a relief to find a place with good quality and experience, we tried different beauty salon and this one; it's just perfect.
It save us the trip to travel to Manhattan or Queens where we used to go. And prices seems to be right can complain.
The were great the service was really good they took me in washed trimmed and blew dried my hair but the only thing is that they were very pricey. They charged me $76 dollars for this. Would only go back when it’s an emergency. Would go every two weeks if they were not so expensive.
