I choose Empire Mazda of Huntington for all my service needs, even though it’s an hour away from my home and I didn’t buy my car there. They treat me with respect and integrity, just like a valued customer. Lucas Feinberg, the Service Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, and Jonathan, the Service Advisor, is also very friendly and skilled. This dealership is truly exceptional. My next car purchase will definitely be from them! Whether you’re in the sales room or the Service Department, everyone is treated well, and I really appreciate that. They’re also efficient and quick! Empire Mazda of Huntington never fails to disappoint. Kaylah S is the BEST person to go to for all your service needs!! She makes the whole process easy. Her excellent skills with customer service and hospitality makes the experience even more enjoyable. The most you are in there for is 45 minutes to the hour but they offer so much while you wait - complimentary water/coffee, TV, and you can even look around the Mazda Boutique for gifts.PLUS the fact that they send you a service video of who’s servicing your vehicle, all the things they have done and will recommend you to get taken care of and they send you an email of the work order so you can approve services while you’re there!
I’ve been bringing my car to Empire Mazda of Huntington since I first leased it in 2021, and they’ve consistently provided a great experience. Their location is convenient to my work, and the shuttle service makes it easy to drop off my car, go to the office and have it ready by the end of the day. Stephanie at the front desk was attentive and helpful, and I really appreciate the video inspection—it makes it clear what the mechanic is seeing and recommending. Their estimates are always fair and reasonably priced.
