Empire Performance PT

Did my rehab at the Wappingers location and the staff was amazing! My therapist Matt was awesome, handled every session with professionalism & a great attitude and he set up a great therapy plan for me as my foot is feeling the best it’s felt in a long time. The receptionists Jesse & Tori are amazing as well, they were always very nice & helpful, as well as very amenable with moving your appointment up or back if you are running early or late. Had a great experience at the Wappingers location and would be happy to go back to them in the future if needed in the future!

After my surgery I needed physical therapy to strengthen my Lumbar spine and legs. I was so nervous at first, but they all made me feel so welcome. They put my mind at ease, and me to work. They are all so amazing. Matt, Kyle, Griffin, Alana, and of course Tori are such a great team. It was such a great casual and professional environment to be in. They take such pride in their work and your recovery. I would highly recommend Empire PT to anyone who needs physical therapy. I thank you all so much for your help in my recovery. A++++

Best physical therapy experience we could have asked for! My son fractured his wrist and everyone at Empire Performance PT made a stressful situation so much better. The receptionist, Tori, is the friendliest person ever—always welcoming and helpful with scheduling. The therapists was incredible: super knowledgeable, patient, and great with kids/teens. They turned “boring” exercises into something he didn’t dread.
He’s back to 100% and we’re so grateful. Wonderful staff, clean facility, and real results. Five stars all the way!

Empire Performance PT is truly the best. I worked mainly with Griffin throughout an 8 month period for pain related to two herniated discs on my lumbar spine which has a history of prior fusion and scoliosis. Griffin helped keep me mobile throughout this process and helped me make a difficult decision to get surgery. Once I was cleared for PT again post-op, I returned and Griffin assisted me in regaining my strength and helping me re-learn how to move my body in a safe way. He also encouraged me, when the time was right, and with DR clearance, to return to regular exercise. I could see he was equally excited and happy for me with each step forward, but supported me with any set back I experienced. In addition, the entire team works so well together. Alana helped me while Griffin was out of the office and Kyle kept the office atmosphere so lighthearted with his humor and stories. Tori is also incredible with her quick response to emails and ease in getting you in quickly for evaluation and with scheduling. The place is well maintained and all patients have enough room to do their own respective exercises. I give Empire my highest recommendation to others! Because of them I am well today and just finished my last session -- bittersweet!

My experience at Empire Performance PT was outstanding! I made excellent steady progress from my injury, and it was always a pleasure coming in for sessions. The facility is always clean, spacious and comfortable, and ALL the staff are friendly, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Kyle was exceptional - the best Physical Therapist I have ever had, and I am so grateful for his expert guidance and care!
