I can’t say enough good things about Engine Tech! The team there went above and beyond to help me find the best referral for getting my windshield replaced—and the shop they recommended charged me a third of what Safelite quoted. On top of that, their staff is always super helpful, friendly, and honest. They’ve also taken care of other car issues for me in the past, and every time I leave feeling confident in the work and service. These guys are the best! I was visiting my parents when I realized my car had something wrong with it on a Friday. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and fixed it first thing Monday morning so I could safely make a 500 mile drive back to Ohio.
When they said it would done Monday, I figured it would be by the end of the day, but they called around 11am! I was able to get on the road much sooner and I really appreciated it.
Their rates were also extremely reasonable for the amount of work that was done. I wish I still lived on LI so that I could use this shop all the time!
Bernie, Rob, and Bernie’s entire staff are THE BEST. Honest mechanic that my dad’s been going to for decades. He fixed up my jalopy to the sexiest it’s been in years (it’s single and ready to mingle). Plus, there’s always good banter in the office and genuine warmth. What more can you ask for??
