Very professional, communicated well via texts/calls/emails and fixed my lawn mower within one day in May, beginning of the season, when other companies quoted I would be on backorder for minimum one week and others up to 3-4 weeks.

I even received a call with instructions to try and attempt another fix myself if I so choose, which I did, and then called back to reschedule. I appreciated the honesty for the recommendation to try the fix again myself (which did get me closer - but still needed their professional help).

Pick up drop off was also prompt with clear communication of when I could expect them.

Definitely will recommend this company to anyone who needs help with small engines.

My 6 yr old snowblower started running like it was 20 years old, it had brand new fuel in it, prior to the new fuel it had year old fuel with stabilizer in it. I googled snowblower repair in suffolk county that picked up / dropped off, chose IRONSIDE, followed the text messages and it was smooth sailing. On time, prompt, courteous service.

So I reached out to Ironside over their website, began a text conversation right away, was able to set up the pick up of our snow blower and mower quickly, the equipment was picked up on time, fixed on time, was able to pay online which made things so much easier, delivered back to us on time and I could not be happier with the consistent communication and great service. Walked in at 7:15 on a Thursday morning carrying a flat tire from a Ariens Snow Blower 2 days before a big storm was supposed to arrive. I was greeted by 2 cheerful employees asking how they could help me. I asked if they had the size tire I needed. I was informed that I didn't need a new tire and they would be able to fix the tire I brought. I left the tire and in less than 2 hours received a call that my tire was fixed and ready to be picked up. Super great service before an impending storm. Thank you for helping me out so promptly. I will be back if I ever need small engine repairs and anything related to that type equipment. Kudos to a shop that understands customer service!!!
