The owners are very nice and got great service. Wide variety of different protein smoothies that taste great after a workout and really hit the spot.

I recently tried the Chunky Peanut Butter shake at ENP Nutrition, and it’s so good! The peanut butter flavor is rich, and the texture is perfect—just the right amount of crunch. It keeps me full and satisfied, and I love how it tastes. Definitely a great option for a tasty and filling snack!

Phenomenal establishment. Went for the Vanilla Strawberry Banana protein smoothie after my workout at Gold’s, just down the road. You can truly taste the amazing quality of the products this place uses. And to add, amazing customer service. Didn’t catch the guy’s name but he said he works every Monday!

We found this gem of a smoothie shop and absolutely love stopping in. They have quality ingredients and amazing flavors to choose from. Aside from the products, their team is simply awesome. So personable and knowledgeable. We especially love stopping in when Rebecca is working because she makes you feel so welcomed and makes sure to make your order just right and with extra love. Be sure to stop in and give them a try. You’ll be glad you did for a healthy on the go alternative

My new favorite spot in town!! The protein shakes are perfect for getting me through the morning before or after a workout or to hold me to lunch and beyond! The teas are delicious and refreshing and they even have some really good protein balls (if your looking for something extra!! ) My new favorite tea is the “ spring fever “ tea!! They have so many to choose from !! Everyone here is super friendly , and its family owned 💕 You can also order ahead and run in and pick it up with no waiting as well!! So excited to have this place open up!!
