I just went in for new contacts and glasses and always go to Glen. He is so friendly and helpful and gives his honest opinion on glasses which I really appreciate. I highly recommend seeing him for all of your optical needs.
Dr. Frank was incredibly kind and patient with my mom. She’s a bit older and sometimes gets nervous at appointments, but he made her feel completely comfortable. He took the time to listen to her needs and found her a pair of glasses that fit perfectly and made a big difference in her vision. Seeing how happy and confident she felt afterward meant so much to us. We’re truly grateful—highly recommend Dr. Frank!
I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Franks! Professional and very attentive. Dr. Franks is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly during the visit. He answered all my questions patiently. Highly recommend Dr. Franks to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent service!
Dr. Franks was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. He addressed my concerns and made recommendations for next steps.
Michael in the optical center was wonderful as well. Great customer service. Explained the whole process and helped in picking out my glasses. Highly recommend.
My progressive, transition, scratch resistant lenses always cost over $800. At Costco I can get THREE pair for that price. Or one pair for $275. Always many helpful, knowledgeable employees at the counter, plus I have never waited more than six days for the ‘your glasses have arrived’ text.
Last month I noticed I had somehow chipped one of the lenses in the glasses I purchased ten months ago. Finally went back to Costco a week ago to inquire if I could pay to replace the faulty lens. The woman helping me said no. But that they would be happy to replace it for free! And it didn’t take a week to ten days as warned; I dropped them off on Friday and got the text the following Wednesday! What a wonderful place.
