    My experience....

If you miss a traffic pre trail court date, even by accident, you’re immediately hit with a pending suspension. Even if you call the very next day to reschedule, you still have to come in in person and to provide a letter with the request details" to reschedule and go through the entire process of lifting the suspension. You technically have 37 days before it activates, but they make you jump through all the same hoops right away. And if the suspension does activate, you’ll also have to pay $70 just to lift it.

The court clerk window is posted hours of 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM on Mondays and Thursdays, and 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (closed for lunch from 12–1). But here’s the catch: pending suspension lifts must be done in person, and the process takes about half an hour, (Don't ask me why other courts it takes 3 minutes).

    That means you can’t come
In the half hour of opening or after lunch
And a hour before lunch and a hour before closing,

For example, if they close at 4, the latest you can show up is 3 PM.

Even though they have a sign on the window that they except any suspension lifts till 3:30....
    See attached picture,

    My review:

This is a public service office and should be open for the public to serve the public - (more hours less red tape)

In my case the clerk tried to help me even i arrived around 3:15, but she needs the judge to approve the rescheduling of the pre trial (don't ask me why I don't know either) and after 30 minutes waiting I get the rescheduling done,
