A few months ago, I came to this dental office for a routine cleaning. Unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience. I was seen by a male dentist who, from start to finish, never spoke to me directly—not even a simple introduction. This was my first visit, and it felt like he assumed I didn’t speak English. At one point, he left either the suction or drill tool in my mouth for an uncomfortably long time and disappeared. I was in distress but couldn’t say anything with my mouth open like that.

The cleaning itself was rushed and didn’t leave me with that fresh, clean feeling I usually get after a dental cleaning. To make matters worse, they tried to upsell me afterward through the assistant—suggesting I get my wisdom teeth removed and do a deep cleaning.

I’m giving three stars instead of one because I assume Dr. Fan is great based on other reviews. Maybe I was just unlucky. But sadly, my first impression was a very poor one, and I won’t be coming back.

My abscessed tooth was with me for about a month and I was in a lot of pain. I came here urgently and Dr Mou healed me with a very caring and on-site intervention. A very clean and friendly clinic. Thanks to the front desk and other staff. Thank you Dr Mou!

Dr. Mou and her team is great. She is professional, efficient and skilled. I’ve been seeing her for over 3 years. She always fixes my issues so quickly. Her Great Neck office is clean and beautiful with parking spots. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience on my first visit to this dentist office for my annual dental check-up and cleaning. The staff on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The dentist was thorough in explaining the x-ray examination findings. A treatment plan was also offered to me accordingly. The cleaning was gentle yet effective, leaving my teeth feeling refreshed.

Dr. Mou has been our family's dentist for years. Her service is always excellent. Beyond regular tooth cleaning, if there is any issue about our teeth she explains it clearly and respectfully, and then provides options which she also explains clearly. Furthermore, she gives us advice about tooth maintenance from time to time if she notices anything we should be aware. When we make appointments she is quite flexible so we never worry about schedule conflict. We highly appreciate her hard work.
